To join the club, you must provide:

The process of registering on the site and passing KYC takes only a few minutes.
Startups in which we invest must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Availability of unique technology;
- Famous team;
- Registration in USA, State of Delaware;
- Stable growing profitability from $ 1 million per year;
- Availability of a lead investor in the round
The evaluation is carried out according to hundreds of criteria that are individual for each project: financial indicators, business model, revenue, attractiveness of the industry, competitors and others.
The terms may change depending on the market situation and the team in the project. We do not make any guarantees, but we aim to invest in projects that we believe are promising and less risky.
We earn together with you, so only careful analysis and balanced decisions.
Everyone who enters into the agreement becomes the owner of a share in the series, in proportion to their investment amount on the terms of convertible note, preferred stock, SAFE notes, etc.
Each individual series is hosted by Startup Professional Network, Inc., a company registered under the laws of the United States.
When entering into the agreement, the investor signs a package of documents, the main one of which is the Separate Series Operating Agreement. In turn, a contract is concluded between the startup and the fund, which reflects all the terms of the specific agreement.
